Day 1: Arrive – Entebbe
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, Ganyana safari driver/guide will meet and great then transfer you to your overnight accommodation in Entebbe. You will be briefed about your 15 days Uganda safari which will cover all Uganda’s major National Parks.

Day 2: Drive to Kidepo Valley National Park
Wake up early in the morning at 5 am, meet your driver guide and start your long day drive to Kidepo National park located far in the North – Eastern Uganda Kaabong district. You will have stopovers for stretching and have lunch in Kitgum town. Arriving late night in the park, check in your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Safari Game Drives in Kidepo
We shall have game drive the whole of the third day of our Safari. You will enjoy breakfast as you admire the true wilderness and an out of the world experience! When breakfast is done, you will out for a rewarding game drive through the open savannah, rocky outcrops, forests and rings of mountains. Drive extensively up to Kanangorok Hot Springs and brace yourself for photo opportunities and chances of catching sight of more wildlife especially lions sitting on the rocks as they scan the park for possible prey. Drive back to the lodge to relax and have lunch. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive in this true wilderness; no game drive is the same in Kidepo. Every day presents a different sight do you can expect to increase your game count. Return to the lodge for overnight and dinner.

Day 4: Cultural tour
In the morning after breakfast, head out for a cultural tour to the Karamajong people for a truly unique experience. The Karamajong culture is still pure and totally unique from most other tribes in Uganda; they have rejected civilization and still live like in the ancient times. The Karamajong are predominantly pastoralists and live purposely to fight for their cattle as it is in their belief that every cattle in the world belongs to them. As such, fierce cattle raids still occur in the region and at times stretch to neighbouring Kenya! They are a very interesting group of people with a very unique culture visible in their way of
dressing, cooking, dancing and other daily life activities. A visit to the Karamajong is a truly rewarding experience, you should look forward to.

Day 5: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, you will drive from Kidepo Valley National Park to Murchison Falls National Park the drive takes 6-7hours. You will enjoy an en route game drive through the northern section of the park popularly known as Para where you will have chances of spotting many mammals, big cats hunting and a lot of bird’s species. Cross the ferry and overnight in the Park.

Day 6: Morning game drive and boat safari to the “bottom of the fall
After an early breakfast, set off for a morning game drive on the Northern Delta Nile with sightings of Lions, buffalos, waterbucks, Jackson’s hartebeest, Rothschild’s giraffe, oribi and baboons are some of the animals to expect. After lunch, you will embark on a three-hour boat cruise on the Nile, this boat ride offers an amazing view of the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the river. Hike up to the top of the falls and enjoy the magnificent Murchison falls as they squeeze their way through a gorge in the rocks and tumbles 43m below flowing westwards into Lake Albert.

Day 7: Drive to Kibale Forest – Bigodi Swamp walk
After an early morning breakfast, drive to Kibale forest National park commonly known as the primate capital of the world and one of East Africa’s major tropical rain forest. You drive through papyrus swamps and the thick jungle of the Nile Delta; the drive is about 8-9 hours. Check in your lodge and relax. In the afternoon visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a nature walk, rich in biodiversity and beautiful scenery, the wetland is a birder’s paradise with about 138 species hosting eight species of primates including the black-and-white colobus, grey-cheeked mangabey, red-tailed, l’Hoest’s and blue monkeys, and olive baboons. Later you can enjoy a walk to the “top of the world” along crater lakes which this area is also famous for crater lakes view and the mountain of the moon.

Day 8: Chimpanzee Tracking
After an early breakfast, head over to Kibale Forest Headquarters and get a briefing on the day’s activity. With a ranger guide, you will venture into the jungle in search of the chimpanzees and while tracking, you will be able to spot different animal species like the Red Colobus, Black and white Colobus, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, Olive Baboon, Red-tailed Monkey, and L’Hoest’s Monkey among others and different bird species. You will spend one hour with the chimpanzees as you watch them play, feed and groom each other.

Day 9: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
With an early breakfast depart from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park. After checking in, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive where you will enjoy many wildlife sightings where you will view giraffes, elephants, lions, hartebeest and
different species of birds, mammals like the graceful Roth child Giraffe, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Uganda Kob, Defassa waterbuck, Buffaloes, Elephants, Warthog, Hippos, Oribi among others.

</p> <p>Day 10: Game drive and Boat Safari on the Kanziga Channel
After breakfast, enjoy the game drive with a view of giraffes, elephants, lions, hartebeest and different species of birds, Look out for mammals like the graceful Roth child Giraffe, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Uganda Kob, Defassa Waterbuck, Buffaloes, Elephants, Warthog, Hippos, Oribi and when lucky a leopard and Lion among others. After lunch embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga channel with beautiful views of birds as Lake George connects to lake Edward.

</p> <p>Day 11: Transfer to Bwindi Forest via Ishasha
You will exit Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Ishasha Plains in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for another epic game drive. Ishasha is famous for its iconic tree-climbing lions that climb trees to catch the cool breezes. After your game drive, you will leave Queen Elizabeth National Park and head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 12: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
With an early breakfast and a packed lunch, you will be transferred to the Uganda Wildlife Authority park headquarters where you’ll be briefed on the gorilla tracking which begins at 8:00am. You will then be guided into the jungle to track the shy primates. The trek length varies depending on where the gorillas spent the night, ranging from 30 minutes to 7 hours, once you the gorilla family, you will spend one hour with them, observing them feed, socialize and display their prowess.

Day 13: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, Nature walks and hikes
After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi. After gorilla trekking Lake Bunyonyi is a magical, stunningly beautiful lake in Uganda to relax and chill out. Check-in to your lodge and you can decide to go for swimming at the lodge. After lunch you will go for nature walks and hike and a guide will be with you so that you do not get lost. Hikes are the mostly and here you will meet some locals who will tell you the amazing history of Lake Bunyonyi and how they live around Lake Bunyonyi. You will enjoy seeing the African sun set on Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 14: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, you will then transfer to Lake Mburo National Park driving through winding roads, farmlands and forests. Lake Mburo National Park boasts of a beautiful acacia Savannah terrain and woodlands. On arrival you will embark on a game drive expecting to spot warthog, impala, zebras, oribi, leopard and several savannah bird species some of which include lapwings, hornbills, and cocqui francolin. This park is also home to the eland, Africa’s largest antelope species only found here and Kidepo valley National Park. After dinner, you will set out to explore this park on a nocturnal game drive guided a by a ranger, you will be scanning the savannah with a spotlight to search for a variety of species including the
genet cat, warthog, hippos, spotted hyena and the elusive leopard.- Main Destination:

Day 15: Transfer back to Entebbe
Have an early breakfast, check out and start your journey back to Kampala passing through rolling hills with terraces and also you will have a great time viewing the lush vegetation of the different areas you will go through. Have a stopover at the Equator and Mpambire drum makers point. After buying some souvenirs, continue to Kampala arriving late afternoon. The guide will drop you off Entebbe Airport for your out bound air transfer.
